ZOZEN Boiler overcame the COVID-19 pandemic

ZOZEN Boiler appointed technicians to the project site in Tanzania during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide the service of installation, debugging and training. The business trip overseas needs to prepare many documents such as the Covid-19 Nucleic Acid PCR Test within 72 hours, the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) and the Personal Health Monitoring Form.

The trip is a challenge to both the technology and quality of ZOZEN technicians. Mr. Qiu, a skilled senior technician went to the project site without hesitation. On September 14, Qiu successfully took a plane to the project site.

On October 15th, the person in charge of the user ignited the boiler successfully. From going abroad to successful ignition, the whole process took only 1 month.

More importantly, ZOZEN coal-fired thermal oil heater adopts assembly delivery with convenient installation, which saves the installation time and cost. The boiler is divided into combustion chamber and grate to deliver, which shortens the installation period. After having the thermal oil heater of ZOZEN Boiler in place on site, it can be put into operation only by connecting the pipeline, valve and control circuit.
