Case Info:

Guizhou Wuxiang Industrial Co., Ltd. launched the edible fungus industrial park project to be engaged in the cultivation and processing of black fungi and other kinds of edible fungi. It is necessary to mention that the disinfection and sterilization processes in the production of edible fungus sticks require the high-quality steam generated by industrial boilers. In order to meet the increasing production demands, Guizhou Wuxiang decided to introduce a set of high-efficiency and eco-friendly biomass-fired steam boiler to improve the production efficiency. According to the actual heating demands of Guizhou Wuxiang, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the DZL series biomass-fired water and fire tube steam boiler.


ZOZEN DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is a kind of single-drum longitudinal water and fire tube chain grate boiler. The boiler has sufficient heating surface, including the convention heating surface formed by the threaded smoke tubes and the radiation heating surface formed by the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides. What’s more, according to the characteristics of biomass fuels, ZOZEN technicians optimized the feeding hopper, width and length of the grate, primary and secondary air ratio to ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel and save the fuel costs. Finally, ZOZEN also completely solved the problems such as ash accumulation, coking, burning the front arch and hopper for biomass boilers by increasing the furnace height, enhancing the rotary speed of the grate, adding the soot blowing device in the convention area and adding the automatic hydraulic ash removal system at the bottom of the grate to make the boiler keep the stable, safe and long-term operation.
