The third-generation DZL series 40-ton horizontal biomass steam boiler, comprising three boiler drums, is a water tube boiler independently developed by ZOZEN Boiler with proprietary knowledge. The boiler adopts an assembly structure, with the upper and lower parts forming the main body and combustion equipment, respectively. The front of the boiler body is encircled by water walls, connected to the boiler drum above and the collection box below, creating a combustion chamber to absorb radiant heat from the furnace. Between the upper and lower boiler drums, there are convection tube bundles where the fuel burns in the furnace, with the high-temperature flue gas sweeping across the convection tube bundle surfaces horizontally before entering the economizer and finally the dust collector, then being expelled through the chimney.
