SZS boiler body is the structure of longitudinal double drums and D-type chamber combustion. The furnace is on right side and the convection tube bundle are on left side. The flexible supports of boiler are in the middle and two ends of the lower drum, and it can secure the whole boiler body to expand sideways. There are narrow-space membrane cooling tube walls on the four sides of furnace. The left membrane wall makes the furnace and the convection tube bundle separated. The rear of convection tube bundle is a kind of tube-decreasing and staggered structure, and the front is an aligned structure. The flue gas generated from furnace combustion flows from the rear outlet of furnace into the end of combustion chamber, convection tube bundle area, and then turns from the front-left of furnace to the spiral finned tube economizer, and next flows into smoke duct and chimney and finally exhausts into atmosphere.
Manufacturing Technique Features
1.The key processing technology of steel and tube cutting, plate rolling and drum drilling, etc adopts advanced CNC machining process, which can decrease the assembly stress and prolong the working life.
2.By installing thermal insulation in the outlet of flue gas, we can reduce the boiler’s working noise.
3.All the convection tubes in high temperature area use vibrating-proof fastener to avoid the tube fracturing.
4.The inside of observation hole with moulding high-alumina refractory and manhole cover sealing treatment both completely resolve the overheat problem in these two zones.
5.Every piece of membrane wall between furnace and convection tubes is made by Cr25Ni20 high temperature resistance stainless steel. This can avoid the breakdown and short circuit caused by high temperature flue gas.
6.Impeller blasting and stoving varnish are applied to the boiler body to make sure the boiler look nice and has good antiseptic property.
7.We adopts advanced automatic unionmelt welding process to ensure the welding quality. All the vertical and circular welding seams will be inspected by 100% X-ray detection.
8.The manholes are designed at the two ends of upper and lower drums, and check door is set at the rear of boiler. These opening design make the maintenance and cleaning work convenient.
9.The water circulation is enforced in the high temperature zone, which ensures efficient cooling in heating zone and prevent vaporization.
10.Explosion door and flame sensor are designed in the boiler to make it safe and reliable.
