ZOZEN SZL series steam boiler project cooperating with Baheer Group in Afghanistan officially began to provide steam supply on October 15. After 24 hours of trial operation, ZOZEN steam boiler kept the normal combustion, stable grate operation and normal work of warning device, pressure parts and valves. Since then, ZOZEN steam boiler would provide the stable and highly efficient steam support for the paper production line of Baheer Group.

ZOZEN SZL series steam boiler adopts the pre-assembled structure. The overall boiler structure is compact and the on-site installation is convenient. The construction of boiler room and installation of boiler auxiliary machinery occupy the most time of the boiler system installation. In order to ensure the installation progress and quality, ZOZEN engineers stationed at the boiler project site in Afghanistan for 2 months to complete the boiler installation and commissioning work.

However, there was no local professional installation company, so the installation team was composed by the technical workers of Baheer Group with zero boiler installation knowledge and experience, which was a big challenge for the on-site instructor. Facing the difficulty, ZOZEN after-sales service team showed the professionalism that engineer Hao led the temporary installation team to start from the boiler foundation to gradually complete the installation of the whole boiler system by virtue of abundant experience.

What’s more, the place for boiler was small and actually was a buried pool, which could affect the load-bearing capacity of the foundation. As a result, ZOZEN engineer Hao re-arranged the boiler system layout in a more reasonable way by moving the boiler’s soft water tank to underground after coordinating with Baheer Group and engineers in ZOZEN head office. It saved the space and improved the stability of project.

Out of a high recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler. The person in charge of Baheer Group, president of local industry association, expressed that they would give priority to ZOZEN Boiler if they have more boiler demands in Kabul.
