Fulin new energy intelligent production base realizes closed mechanical operation from raw material transportation to processing to finished product packaging, and has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of new energy lithium battery cathode materials after completion. The company purchased a number of ZOZEN 9 million kcal thermal oil heater.

Cathode material is the decisive factor of electrochemical performance of lithium battery, which plays a leading role in energy density and safety performance of battery, and the cost of cathode material accounts for a high proportion.

ZOZEN Boiler has experienced design team and advanced intelligent tooling equipment. At the same time, reasonable auxiliary equipment configuration and safety devices have become the practical guarantee for stable and efficient heating of the system. At present, ZOZEN's thermal oil heater has successfully passed the acceptance, providing high-temperature heat energy for the production line of Fulin New Energy Company 24/7. The acceptance results show that the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN’s heat transfer oil boiler is as high as over 95%, and the low nitrogen emission below 30 mg/Nm³ can be easily realized.
