In the early contact with customer, ZOZEN Boiler first made a detailed understanding of the production technology of artificial turf and determined the boiler parameters. After technical confirmation, ZOZEN Boiler finally provided a set of WNS 6 ton gas steam boiler and supporting equipment.

In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, ZOZEN gas-fired boiler is equipped with condensers at the end of flue and the top of furnace body, which increases the heating surface of the system, making the thermal efficiency of the boiler over 98%. The boiler system is also reasonably equipped with a low-nitrogen burner and a water treatment system, which comprehensively reduces the discharge of harmful substances and has good performance of environmental protection.
