(hereinafter referred to as Realsun Chemical), located in Lihai City, Zhejiang Province, was established in October 2007 as a high-tech enterprise in the field of specialty fine chemicals. In April 2022, it successfully went public on the GEM (stock code 301212).

As a specialty fine chemical enterprise, Realsun Chemical has stable and high-efficiency, low-emission demands for thermal energy. The fine chemical production process requires a significant amount of thermal energy, thus necessitating high requirements for boiler stability, safety, and environmental performance.

8 Million Kcal Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Heater

The YQL series 8 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler adopts a two-pass coil structure with tapered coils at the end to effectively protect the furnace wall. Equipped with an advanced combustion device, the boiler operates fully automatically. After the fuel is ignited by the burner, the resulting flame fills the coil, transferring radiant heat through the coil wall, constituting the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated converges at the rear furnace door, entering the second pass, the convective tube bundle area. After convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases, then passes through the heated surface at the end before venting to the atmosphere via the chimney. This boiler is fully assembled at the factory and requires only gas (or oil) and electricity connections on-site to commence operations. The heating surface of the boiler comprises three parts: the furnace radiation heating surface, the convective tube bundle heating surface, and the end heating surface (including air preheaters, energy savers, waste heat boilers, or combined heating surfaces).

Upon completion of the commissioning, the boiler will be fully operational, providing stable thermal energy for Realsun Chemical's production, supporting its goal of achieving green, low-carbon, and digital transformation.
