Founded in 2001 as a joint venture between Yantai north Andre juice co., LTD. and BVI Andeli, Bai Shui Andre juice co., LTD. has established itself as a leading player in the fruit juice industry. With a sprawling factory area of 168,000 square meters and total assets worth 512 million RMB, the company operates three fruit juice production lines, processing 160,000 tons of apples annually and producing 25,000 tons of concentrated fruit juice. Additionally, they operate two fruit pomace drying production lines, yielding over 5,000 tons of pectin raw materials annually.

Transitioning to Cleaner Energy Sources:

In alignment with the "Blue Sky Protection Campaign" initiated by Weinan City, Bai Shui Andre made a strategic decision to replace their existing 20-ton coal-fired boiler with a more environmentally friendly alternative. They opted to install an 18-ton gas steam boiler to enhance their production processes while reducing emissions.

The chosen boiler for the project was the SZS series 18-ton gas steam boiler by ZOZEN Boiler. This boiler incorporates advanced features to improve efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

The SZS series 18-ton gas steam boiler is equipped with a low nitrogen burner and a flue gas recirculation system. These technologies effectively reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx). By optimizing the combustion process and recycling flue gases, the boiler significantly contributes to air pollution reduction efforts.

With the installation of the new gas steam boiler, Bai Shui Andre juice co., LTD. achieved notable reductions in emissions. The overall emission of particulate matter decreased by 1.18 tons per year, sulfur dioxide emissions reduced by 1.49 tons per year, and nitrogen oxide emissions decreased by 6.03 tons per year.
