Vinda Paper (Sichuan), a subsidiary of Vinda Group, has invested six hundred million RMB in constructing a large-scale paper manufacturing facility in Deyang, Sichuan Province, Western China. Mechanical automation is employed for welding, achieving modular assembly and gradually reducing traditional assembly methods involving marking lines, which eliminates marking errors. Additionally, ZOZEN utilizes advanced measurement and testing equipment, providing strong assurance for the production of high-quality 15-ton steam fire tube boiler.

ZOZEN 15-ton steam fire tube boiler integrates condensing heat ex-changers, maximizing heat recovery from flue gas and improving overall efficiency. This design reduces fuel consumption and lowers emissions(NOx≤30mg/Nm³). 

ZOZEN's innovative design incorporates a steam condensate recovery system, recycling and reusing the condensed water. This approach not only minimizes water consumption but also reduces wastewater discharge, contributing to a more eco-friendly operation.
