ZOZEN DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler adopts the longitudinal single-drum structure and grate firing method. Analyzing the characteristics of different biomass fuels and combing with the actual demands of customers, ZOZEN technicians optimize the feed hopper, width and length of the grate, rotating speed of the grate gear reducer, place and direction of the secondary air inlet of the biomass-fired boilers, which can ensure the sufficient combustion of biomass particles and effectively improve the combustion efficiency. Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the heat transfer and improve the boiler thermal efficiency, DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler adopts the threaded smoke tube developed by ZOZEN Boiler, whose heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than common smoke tubes. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach 88% and above, which can meet the daily production demands of the enterprise.
