Shandong Yuwang Ecological Food Industry Co., Ltd. is a large-scale non-GMO soybean protein production and raw material processing base in China. Its products include the non-GMO soybean oil, soybean meal, soybean protein isolate, soybean protein concentrate, soybean dietary fiber and protein power. In the processing of soybean protein, sterilization, concentration, flash evaporation and dehydration processes require the superheated steam with higher temperature and quality, so as to ensure the high nutritional value of Yuwang brand soybean protein isolate. With high-efficiency steam output and high-quality high-temperature steam, ZOZEN SZS series superheated steam boiler successfully won the favor of Yuwang Eco.

This time, ZOZEN designed a set of high-efficiency and eco-friendly SZS series biogas-fired superheated steam boiler system for Yuwang Eco. The boiler is fueled by the renewable energy biogas which is a by-product of Yuwang Eco, which can save a lot of fuel costs. In structure, ZOZEN SZS series superheated steam boiler body adopts the D-type layout and membrane wall structure, which can greatly increase the radiant heating surface and fully ensure the boiler tightness to improve the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with the reasonably-sized steam drum and steam and water separator, which can effectively reduce the water entrained in the steam to improve the steam quality and provide a solid guarantee for the quality of soybean protein products of Yuwang Eco.
