1. The screening range of bed feed particles is too narrow and there are too many large particles.

2. The ratio of bed height to bed diameter (or width) is too large.

3. The running air speed is too high.

4. The design of the air distribution device is unreasonable. To be specific, too large hood’s small holes diameter or pitch, and uneven air distribution can result in too large air bubbles or uneven distribution.
