The biomass fuel consumption is about 392kg/h, and the running cost of DZL series biomass boilers is low, which is about 50% of the fuel cost of gas.
In order to meet the demand of production capacity, the two parties once again established a cooperative partnership and signed a purchase and sale contract for the second DZL series biomass steam boiler.

Because biomass fuel contains a large number of alkaline substances, it is easy to coke and deposit ash after combustion, especially when large-tonnage SZL series biomass boilers are running, they need to shut down frequently for ash removal, which affects production. By improving the internal structure of SZL series boilers, ZOZEN technicians introduced DZL series three-drum biomass boilers, which solved the pain point of frequent boiler shutdown and ash removal.
