Nantong Haiwangxing Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a local textile enterprise specializing in processing cotton yarn, sizing yarn and grey cloth. In 2020, the company and ZOZEN Boiler reached a cooperation on production and heating, and purchased a DZL series 2 ton 12.5 bar steam boiler with biomass particles as fuel.

DZL series biomass steam boiler adopts advanced furnace arch design, which not only solves the problems of biomass boiler, such as furnace arch collapse and furnace door burn out, but also eliminates the occurrence of hopper tempering and tube wall coking.

The biomass fuel consumption is about 392kg/h, and the running cost of DZL series biomass boilers is low, which is about 50% of the fuel cost of gas.

In order to meet the demand of production capacity, the two parties once again established a cooperative partnership and signed a purchase and sale contract for the second DZL series biomass steam boiler.

Because biomass fuel contains a large number of alkaline substances, it is easy to coke and deposit ash after combustion, especially when large-tonnage SZL series biomass boilers are running, they need to shut down frequently for ash removal, which affects production. By improving the internal structure of SZL series boilers, ZOZEN technicians introduced DZL series three-drum biomass boilers, which solved the pain point of frequent boiler shutdown and ash removal.
