Shandong Luhua Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise and a leading national agricultural industrialization enterprise. With 24 production bases spanning multiple industries, including edible oil, condiments, and vegetable processing, the group has a significant production capacity. ZOZEN Boiler's technical team customized various models and parameters of gas-fired oil heaters according to the actual needs of Fuxin Oil Plant. The plant's boiler room now features a YQW-14000Q, two YQL-105000Q, and one YQW-4200Q gas-fired oil heaters, with rated heat powers of 12 million kcal, 9 million kcal, and 3.6 million kcal, respectively. These heaters meet the complex production processes such as drying/cooling, hot air roasting, air suction cooling, grinding/peeling, and steam roasting in edible oil processing. Jilin CP Group Co., Ltd., invested by Thailand's CP Group, is a large-scale modernized agricultural and animal husbandry food enterprise. The company specializes in processing chicken meat products under the brand "CP-Cooked Food." To meet the disinfection and food processing needs of the food industry, ZOZEN Boiler collaborated closely with CP Group on production capacity, raw materials, and investment cost considerations. They supplied a YQW-1400Q gas-fired oil heater, which features tapered coil ends to effectively protect the furnace walls and an advanced combustion device for fully automated operation. After passing the boiler's acceptance test, it was delivered as a complete unit, ensuring easy installation, commissioning, and use.
