To efficiently exploit and utilize the lithium resources of the salt flat, Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos-YLB, Bolivia's strategic state-owned lithium mining company, has established a lithium carbonate plant.

YLB's project leaders approached the procurement of boiler equipment with care. Following comprehensive market research, they conducted an on-site inspection of ZOZEN Boiler's manufacturing base in Yixing, leading to a successful collaboration. ZOZEN Boiler's automated production processes and information management systems provided a guarantee of high-quality and high-performance boilers. Through extensive communication, ZOZEN Boiler's technical personnel gained a deep understanding of the specific production requirements of YLB's lithium carbonate plant. Playing a vital role in this venture, ZOZEN Boiler provides three sets of 21-ton gas fired steam boilers as essential heat sources to facilitate the development and commercialization of the salt flat's resources. 

Bolivia is the country with the highest average elevation in the world. The project site is situated at an altitude of 3,650 meters. To combat these issues, 21-ton gas fired steam boilers are equipped with combustion systems specifically designed for high-altitude environments. Gas fuels are often preferred in high-altitude areas due to the higher combustion efficiency compared to liquid fuels. ZOZEN Boiler implements appropriate anti-freezing measures, such as using antifreeze agents and heating pipelines and equipment. These measures guarantee the normal operation and safety of the industrial boilers.

The harsh climate conditions in high-altitude areas can accelerate wear and corrosion on 21-ton gas fired steam boilers. ZOZEN Boiler conducted comprehensive shot blasting and rust removal on the external surface after the packaging process. We applied a highly corrosion-resistant marine primer, meticulously following the customer's provided color code and thickness specifications.
