The innovation of the DZL series 20 tph biomass-fired steam boiler lies in its chain grate and independent air chamber design, ensuring efficient combustion of biomass fuels such as biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust, achieving over 87.5% thermal efficiency. The boiler features water-cooled walls in the front section and convection tube bundles between the upper and lower drums at the rear, optimizing heat energy conversion and utilization.
