Based on excellent product quality, superior strength and abundant project experience in the auto industry, ZOZEN Boiler won the bid for providing boilers and installation service for the distributed energy combined cooling heating and power system project of BMW Brilliance’s Tiexi new plant.

BMW Brilliance's Tiexi new plant project started in April of this year, which aimed to build a modern automobile factory with stamping workshop, body workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop and external infrastructure. BMW Brilliance's Tiexi new plant together with the existing Tiexi plant, Dadong plant, powertrain plant and R&D center will form BMW’s global manufacturing base to further rich and improve the product lines of BMW.

In the automobile manufacturing process, some technological links need the sufficient heat supply provided by industrial boiler to ensure an environment with constant temperature. Therefore, BMW Brilliance launched a national tender process and planned to purchase highly-efficient and eco-friendly gas-fired hot water boiler. After fierce competition, ZOZEN's best-selling product, WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler won the bid for the project with high product quality and thermal efficiency. 

WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler is a kind of horizontal internal combustion fire tube boiler, which is designed by ZOZEN Boiler based on advanced domestic and international technology and accumulated practical experience with excellent capacity of high efficiency and energy conservation. It adopts large-diameter waveform stove furnace, which can enhance the disturbance of flue gas and effectively expand the heat transfer surface. What's more, boiler's thread smoke tubes, whose heat transfer coefficient is 1.2 times higher than common smoke tubes, can further strengthen the heat transfer and greatly enhance boiler's thermal efficiency.

Meanwhile, according to the actual demands of BMW Brilliance’s Tiexi new plant, ZOZEN designed a complete set of hot water system including 7 sets of WNS series gas-fired boiler to help BMW Brilliance realize the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, reduce enterprise’s operation costs and improve the economic benefits.
